背景知識(shí)
 

• 犬尿氨酸是人體必需氨基酸色色氨酸的代謝產(chǎn)物之一,是一種具有多種特殊生理作用的生物活性分子,犬尿氨酸及其代謝產(chǎn)物與多種神經(jīng)精神疾病、腎功能衰竭、白內(nèi)障、各種慢性惡性疾病等密切相關(guān)。
• 因此，定量測(cè)定機(jī)體Kynurenine對(duì)相關(guān)疾病的診斷治療、療效監(jiān)測(cè)及發(fā)病機(jī)制等研究具有重要參考價(jià)值。

• 在黑色素瘤患者中，第4周時(shí)，78%的患者色氨酸-犬尿氨酸轉(zhuǎn)化率增加，26.5%的患者增加比例超過50%。在腎癌患者中，納武利尤單抗的治療效果也與犬尿氨酸增加有關(guān)。
• 分析表明，黑色素瘤和腎癌患者在接受納武利尤單抗治療后色氨酸-犬尿氨酸轉(zhuǎn)化率增加，與較低的生存率有關(guān)。具體來說，血液檢測(cè)顯示轉(zhuǎn)換率在50%以上的黑色素瘤患者，中位生存期只有15.7個(gè)月，而低于這一比例的患者中位生存期超過39個(gè)月。腎癌患者中位生存期分別為16.7個(gè)月和31.3個(gè)月。
